1. Agreement
By using Town Rovers Couriers' website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide courier and parcel delivery services within South Africa. Services include collection booking, transportation, tracking, and delivery with proof of delivery (POD). Service availability and coverage may vary.
3. User Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information for bookings
- Ensure parcels are properly packaged and labelled
- Comply with prohibited items and restrictions
- Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
4. Payment
Payment terms are as specified at the time of booking. We accept bank transfer and PayFast (card payments). Invoices are due as stated. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Town Rovers Couriers' liability for loss or damage to shipments is limited as set out in our standard conditions of carriage. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to mediation or the courts of South Africa.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
